I am a master's degree student in Kiel, Germany. I was born and raised in Ankara, Turkey. I lived in Groningen, the Netherlands for 6 months and studied there. I have been living in Germany for the past 6 months and will be living here at least 2 more years. By the time, I am trying to travel nearby countries with my student budget.

Travelling is, for me, both fun and stressful. I get nervous if I don't speak the language of the country I'm visiting. Having someone who can share information about the place and can exchange a chat sounds more friendly and less scary to travel.
I am an economist who always tries to minimize the costs. I always look for deals to travel. When flixbus or Ryanair has good deals, I try to make use of them. However, accommodation is also an issue with my budget. That is why Couchsurfing is a life savior!
