ABOUT ME

I am a Canadian living in Switzerland, who has married a Swiss girl from Zürich, who I met in a hostel in Surfer Paradise Australia. I have spent 10 years backpacking/living abroad and know only this lifestyle. Living out of a backpack with a few dollars in my pocket, and a great big beautiful world to discover! I miss the company of like minded travellers now that I have fallen into the forbidden "routine" of life....hence why I am now a memeber of Couchsurfing.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live with many people and children, so unfortunately I cannot offer my couch at the moment, but I LOVE to be a tour guide for visitors which is what I trained for at college, and most definetly appreciated it while I was abraoad. A familiar face or hearing your mother tongue can go along way on the road. I feel its only right to give that back to the travelling community! I usually go out with friends on the weekend for live music, drinks, being outdoors and jam sessions which may interest some of you?
