About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To get as much out of every day as possible. To view each person, experience, place I come across as a chance to broaden my horizons.

ABOUT ME

I'm a carnivore. I love hands and hugs. I believe fast cars were made to be driven hard and am disappointed if they aren't manual. I love my family and friends and am extremely loyal but have learned to stand on my own. I tend to have a messy room but an extremely organized closet. I can't live without my planner but have no problem crossing things out and changing them around. I love Jesus Christ and want to live a life that pleases Him, but still so often struggle at it. I love to make lists. I love to wake up and realize I can go back to sleep.

PHILOSOPHY

One of the thoughts that dictates most of my decisions is how will I feel in a week, a year, 10 years, if I do/don't do this? I don't want to have to look back and have regrets. You only get one chance and I intend to make the most of mine. I'd rather die young REALLY living life, than die old and have done nothing with my life (though I would still like to die old).

Interests

I'm interested in trying nearly anything once. I love photography, volleyball, most outdoor sports (though I don't do any very often), shaking my bootie, being with my family and friends, travelling anywhere, playing violin with my friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I moved to Europe, found a job, and lived there for over 7 months without really knowing anyone before I left home. I jumped off a 20 meter cliff into the Adriatic, played Bach solo violin in G, sat on a hill over Sarajevo and listened to hundreds of calls to prayer, was in Pamplona for the running of the bulls, and sat in a car in the jungle of South Africa while a herd of elephants walked all around (and nearly over) us.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, South Africa

Countries I’ve Lived In

Spain, United Kingdom, United States
