ABOUT ME

I put a lot of value on my friendships-- I still have a couple of friends that I've known since kindergarten! I think that my friends would consider me to be curious and interested in many things. Sometimes, I'm hesitant to try new things but I'm always glad that I did.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate in CouchSurfing by hosting surfers, and by clicking through profiles around the world, imagining wonderful trips. I haven't surfed anyone's couch yet!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted a few surfers and we had a blast. Can't wait to have some more CSs stay with me!

Interests

I like to read, hang out, watch TV, ride my bike. I recently started working out and I'm loving the change that being active has made in my life.
I spend my time working two jobs, one producing videos for a website and the other in a family pizza restaurant. I've recently started taking Spanish lessons because I feel silly and SO American knowing only one language.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My most amazing travel moment was meeting up with a childhood friend that had moved to China in Tian'anmen Square. It was the perfect big world-small world experience, where you can get dizzy thinking about both how far you both are from home and how everything is the still same.

Another China favorite moment was singing karaoke with our friends from a university in Shanghai. Though my life experiences were so unlike theirs, we were all studying for the same career, loved the same music and could make each other laugh.

The best trip I've ever taken was to Sonoma, California with my family during high school. Northern California is seriously beautiful and it made me realize how wonderful life can be made just by being in a gorgeous location.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'll chat your ear off about cooking. I'm looking for people to practice Spanish with!
