ABOUT ME

Well, I'm a graphic designer by day, and I just graduated from art school. I have a painting studio, and I work with oil paints, as well as work on performative photo projects. I ride my bike everywhere I go, although I only work 2 blocks from my house.

PHILOSOPHY

Personal philosophy is that everything can be done at its best if you are having fun doing it, and do what you enjoy.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted several people at my home in Vancouver, it was great to meet new people, and I ended up going camping with some people, as well as becoming long term friends with others. Unfortunately, I had to stop hosting couchsurfers as my landlords didn't like it. I am now living in Vancouver Island and am open to hosting people again!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed at a home in San Francisco in the late 1990s. There were 5 guests there, and at this time San Francisco was still a city filled with colourful and strange characters. Our hosts took us to Chinatown and showed us around other places in the city. It is one of the fondest memories of my life.

The most amazing thing I've done was go on exchange to an art school in Rhode Island, and traveling from there to New York City, visiting all the art museums as well as seeing live plays there.
