About Me

CURRENT MISSION

undetermined, may be becoming e better person every passing day, a positive influence on the world

ABOUT ME

All about me? So... how shall I begin? I grew up in a small town in south greece, a place which I still consider close to paradise. I am 30 years old at the moment though I am not quite in fond of the word old, I still feel young and strong. I study medicine in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, I am a fan of music, travelling, meeting new people and cultures, learning new languages, reading and writting, watching some good movie from time to time, playing basketball, I don't know, I think it's enough for me

PHILOSOPHY

I am quite in fond of the renaissance men, the ones which we now call homo universalis, I want every new day to find me more wise and positive.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I'm not a freak of cinematography, I watch a fil or wo each month, mostly something old and classic

Music: That's a touch one! My last addiction is a Canadian guy, Buck 65, check out his last ones

Books: That's another tough subject! Starting form my homeland, I enjoy reading the ancient philosophers and poets and I pretty much appreciate contemporary greek poetry. From abroad I love the work of Bukowski, Dostoyefski, Pushkin, Kafka, Zola, Tolstoi, well mostly Greeks, French and Russian authors. My favorite one is Manos Kazantzakis. I also read a lot about science and medicine of course, history and philosophy, politics and sociology.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first time I succeeded in tying my shoe-laces, up to then i thought it could not be done. I still can!
