I'm currently traveling Australia. Arrived 7th January, working my way up the east coast, then to Darwin, Alice Springs and onwards to the west coast.

Just getting started...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed with 'Coffsguy' in Coffs Harbour with a CouchSurfing friend. He is the reason I've be swayed to join. Spending time with him & his family & friends for the day/night was such a great experience. Better than staying in backpackers & hostels since I meet real people from the area, I got a feel for what the place was like, the culture and local way of life. You meet great people in hostel & backpackers but you get great experiences from CouchSurfing.

Interests

I'm really into my graphic design, will hopefully get a graphics job when I return home. Like my amateur photography as well, especially when traveling. I have a black belt in Super Tai Kwon Do (many years ago), hope to take that up again soon. Other interesting are the usual: going to cinema, watching dvd's, drinking with friends, going to Gig's & festival: Download Festival (UK) & Soundwave (Oz).

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Heavy with a touch of P!nk. I like Tool, Alice in Chains, White Zombie, Machine Head, Paradise Lost, Far, Our Lady Peace, Metallica, Slayer, Sepultura, Wildhearts, Faith No More, Ministry, Type O Negative ... list goes on. Not a strong reader but like Hitchhikers Guide, Bunny Suicides & Tolkien Books.
