ABOUT ME

I am a multi-instrumentalist, composer, sound designer for theatre and film. I love to travel. I have been many places throughout the world and hope to see many more. I work with great artists in music and theatre and am blessed to work as a music therapist in New York and abroad. I live with my partner who is also a musician and by default gets to be a couch surfing host too! I'm mostly a vegetarian although when I travel I'll eat pretty much anything! I'm adventurous, kind, and interested in learning and teaching.

I had a great experience couch surfing in Bulgaria last summer and want to continue the good karma!

Music, good food, bike riding, hiking, painting, going for walks in no particular direction, hanging out around a table with wine and cheese and ukuleles.
