I teach art to Elementary School Children, and yoga to kids and adults. A lot of the teaching happens in my own home as I have transformed two rooms into an art and yoga studio.
I am a mom of two grown up kids who make me very proud.
I love anything outdoors - mountain biking, cycling, hiking, and my newest almost obsession - surfing. Yoga is my go-to physical activity though and I love almost every style of it.
I am usually up early in the morning to teach or to go to work, so hanging out late at night is not usually an easy feat.

I tend to listen mostly to Brazilian "rock" and MPB. I love classic rock and alternative as well, reggae and chill music, acoustic guitars... depends on the mood.
I'm a book worm and adore the Harry Potter series. Paulo Coelho books, "Their Eyes Were Watching God" (by ZNH), "Shanghai Girls"... and a ton of other favorites.
