About Me
Hi, I'm Greg,
I currently travel on a sabbatical with my wife, Jaymi. We are calm, curious and open minded. We backpack and enjoy staying with locals to discover new culture and better ourselves.
We are new to Couchsurfing and are looking to be guests in 2017 before we relocate to Switzerland and give back as host.
I'm originally from France and Jaymi is from California. We met in Los Angeles where we used to work.
We love to travel and be in nature. We are looking forward to be amazed by your culture, food and nature. Nature wise, we are especially looking forward to hike, climb and scuba dive. We are environmentalist, we love to exchange thoughts and solutions to reduce our impact.
We are often looking for volunteering opportunities.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
We mostly listen to electro-pop, rock, pop.
Recently we have been shaken by Gleason (https://www.gleasonmovie.com/).
We also love the TV show Shameless and Chef's table.
We mostly read about society, technology, environment and politics.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
We would rather focus on acts of kindness but to stay fun, I had a phase where I needed adrenaline, so I got my skydiver license and enjoyed jumping for a little while. I managed to stop before becoming too addicted (or injured!). Jaymi used to be an amateur airplane pilot. We hope one day we will both resume those phases from our 20's.
Teach, Learn, Share
We are very openminded and pretty curious. See our interests, what's yours?
What I Can Share with Hosts
Kindness, travel stories, fine wines and whiskies, american craft beers, books and documentaries about travel, society, politics. Feel good movies.
I should be able to help with computer issues and Jaymi with Excel (especially around Finances but beware she may not let you go!).
Countries I’ve Visited
Belgium, China, England, Finland, Germany, Mexico, Nepal, Netherlands, Peru, Spain, Sweden
Countries I’ve Lived In
