About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To meet more interesting people that I can in a short period of time.

ABOUT ME

I came to the US two years ago as an Au Pair, an exchange student. I planned to be here just for 6 months. Life shows us surprise and I decided to stay a little bit more to finish my second undergraduation course.
I'm from a big city in Brazil, the third biggest one, and now I've been living in San Francisco, CA. I can't still say which one I love more.
I usually say that I love both in different ways. My hometown in all bars and its night life with music alive and many entertaiment. San Francisco with its noir foggy and charming Victorian architeture.

I love to live here, but I plan to go back to Belo Horizonte as soon as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can't offer a couch, but I'm available to show some spots from the city where I live.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never had in a couch experience. I'm kinda shy and always think I'll be embarassing. Still working on this. On the other hand, I've been hung out with many people in the places I've been visited such as Chicago, Anchorage, Seattle, and San Diego.

Interests

Meetup new people, learning about different cultures and stories.

Music, Movies, and Books

Blidness, The Importance of Being Earnest, The Power of Habits, Crime and Punishement (books).

Bella &Sebastian, The Killers, Sinatra, Tom Jobim, Chico Buarque, Caetano Veloso (singers).

Movies: really bad with titles. :P

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've visited Alaska in my last vacation. Partly alone.
I've been in many of California national parks.
Grand Canyon was an amazing experience, but I still don't believe I've been in Yellowstone and saw animals and geysers that I can't believe.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to cook and I'm really good in Brazilian cousine. I can cook "pão de queijo", a Brazilian cheese bread, "brigadeiro", a chocolate truffle very popular in my country and tropical salads. :)

I love to learn about life personal story. I think everyone has an interesting fact in their lives. I'm curious to know about yours.
