About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to the tropical Andes!
ABOUT ME
Well, I'm a kind of an intro/extroverted person. I like to enjoy life and the small things of nature.
I can be relaxed, quite, restless and also grumpy at the same time.
But I think is always better to get to know the person to have an idea about how the person is.
PHILOSOPHY
once somebody said to me that ¨life is too important to take it seriously¨, when I checked I realized that Oscar Wilde said it first (did he?).. well you tell me. Is hard to develop a philosophy when you still getting to know your self and building up a life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I use to host some of my friends, so I had quite a lot of friends at home, when I was living in Peru. I have met couchsurfers around, lived and shared with people (mostly scientists) from different countries, while in Panama. Also, had some experiences at scientific stations with researchers.
Interests
Beer!, wine, canopy ecology, tree climbing, research in ecology, reading, hiking and sometimes music. I like to paint for fun. Recently more into sharing with other people, whenever I can get out of work.

Music, Movies, and Books
Verne, Poe, Vargas Llosa, Kafka...
Music, depends on the mood...but generally very eclectic
Movies... I have no idea about titles...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I considered many natural events I have seen quiet amazing... from the very simple ones, like the dawn at the highlands in front of a lagoon, with the fog playing above it and the sun getting its way through.... to the complex ones, like this crazy killer fungus that gets into some insects, controls them and then kills them.
Teach, Learn, Share
To share, probably my love for nature and my knowledge on the subject, statistics.... peruvian food
To learn, well... many things could be interesting for me...
What I Can Share with Hosts
Peruvian cooking, only if I am not short on supplies. We could also play some kinect games and get some exercise indoors in winter... Carcassone, anytime!. A walk in the botanical Garden and to show around either Kiel/Hamburg or Marburg. In Marburg the city center is beautiful, in Kiel, one can see sea lions.
