About Me

Hey! I recently graduated from Purdue University (mechanical engineering--ayyy!!!). I am really outgoing and love meeting new people. :) I'm very adventurous! I've hitchhiked to Tennessee before from Indiana and that was a fun experience! I'm really into running ultramarathons, so I mainly use CouchSurfing to stay with hosts at the location of my races. I have two goals for running: to run 100+ consecutive miles (done x4) and to run 100 full/ultra marathons. I also enjoy traveling. I "often" (relative to other places) visit Europe to see friends/acquaintances (all over), and family (Germany)! I backpacked across Europe with my brother in Summer 2016.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I want to meet new people from all over to gain friendships that last a long time :D I also need a place to sleep when traveling to my marathons :)

Interests

I enjoy traveling, running full and ultra marathons, attending metal concerts, and knitting/crocheting scarves.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love thermodynamics! I can teach you how to knit/crochet basic scarves. I enjoy learning new languages even if it is just new words/phrases.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can show you around (if I have time) and we can chat about anything & everything. I can cook food for you, but I have a pretty specific meal routine so not sure if it'll be appealing to you haha. I basically just eat spinach, legumes, wheat bread, and whatever veggies are on clearance.
