My biggest passion in embodiment work. Which makes me interested in movement practices like yoga, qigong, tai chi, dance (5 rhythms, ecstatic) as well as non-dual spirituality mainly in the buddhist and tantric traditions.

I'm particularly fascinated by the merging of east and west and am looking to deepen myself in body-oriented psychotherapy working with attachment, trauma and intimacy. Besides that I'm drawn to shamanistic and elemental work as well as psychedelics for healing (mainly ayahuasca).
I've been drawn to the work of Eli Buren, David Deida, Chögyam Trunga, Pema Chödrön and Gabor Maté.

I love discovering vegan places, food and other.

I've lived in Berlin for 1,5 years, worked there in the start-up scene doing online marketing. Have been in the dating coaching scene for a while, worked as a sales consultant and currently am training in emodiment work.

The best memories of places I visited are usually tied to the people I met. I find this platform a great opportunity to meet people and step out of the conventional way of traveling and possibly form deep connections and lifelong friendships.
