ABOUT ME

Physical activities, preferably with a bit of a challenge, keep me active and alive - hiking, kayaking, bicycling, x-c skiing. The West Coast Trail (BC, Canada) and Death Road (Bolivia) were part of last year's itinerary. I've seen a fair bit of the world both as a volunteer and as a traveler and am ready for more. My work takes me to some of the most beautiful semi-remote places of BC, and I get paid to go! Imagine!!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled through Zimbabwe-Rhodesia by military convoy in 1979. Worked in an eye clinic in Bolivia. Gone up the Nile in Egypt/Sudan. Raised 5 fantastic kids.
