About Me

I moved to Colorado a few months ago and love it! Originally from NY, I still love it there. Fam and friends are still there. I have also explored a lot in NY, so please ask away. I have so much to explore in Colorado, so any tips would be helpful.😊

I recently quit my full-time job, and I have decided to start an epic trip with my mom. I want her to experience travel through as much couchsurfing as we can do. She is old school but open, and I am sure she will have a blast. I'm very excited! Thinking of visiting New Mexico, Arizona, Las Vegas (more for my mom, been here too many times), Northern California, Oregan, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah and back to Colorado.

My good friend introduced me to couchsurfing while we did a small road trip to New mexico and Colorado Mountains, and I found that it was a way better experience than staying at a hotel. Love to meet new people and share knowledge of our travel experiences and just meet kind people.

I can not wait to meet new friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet new people and get locals advice on the true gems of a state or country.

Interests

I love to trip in unique ways of I can. I have traveled to both Ireland and croatia and solvania with running groups, and they just took us to amazing areas and great restaurants.

Music, Movies, and Books

Just started reading again and I am currently reading Empire Summer Moon, a little dark at time but so good and informative. My friend also gifted me milk and honey and tiny beautiful things. I can't wait to start those.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My friend and I went to the great Sand Dunes in Colorado and we were able to seat through a Hispanic heritage month performance (it was great) and also be educated by a ranger on what new things Nasa has created, creature/animals that live in the Dunes AND topping on the cake was the illustration of the stars. Soooo many stars, I totally recommend going to one of these events in the Great Dunes.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A typical dominican breakfast, or my favorite, not typical, lol, if ingredients are available. Great company with lots of laughs or just quit if you prefer. Pretty down to earth!
