ABOUT ME

I have an adventurous soul, and a passion for nature. I'm a dedicated college student and my education outside of school is constantly growing as well. I enjoy hiking, backpacking, gardening, reading, dancing, traveling, and socializing. I like to surf, and I'm training to become a yoga instructor. I study environmental chemistry at UC Santa Cruz. I plan to use my chemical knowledge to better understand and solve the environmental problems of the world.

Eu tenho uma alma adventurosa e uma paixão por natureza. Sou um estudante de colégio dedicado e a minha educação fora da escola está crescendo constantemente também. Gosto de fazer trilhas, ser jarindeiro, dancar, ler, viajar, e socializar/ Eu gosto de fazer surfe, e sou o treinamento para ficar um instrutor de ioga. Estudo a química ambiental em UC Santa Cruz. Planejo usar o meu conhecimento químico para entender melhor e resolver os problemas ambientais do mundo.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in the human experience. We have something to do, and when we do that something is when we feel most alive. If we realize that we don't need to do anything to be happy, that all experience is, then we have found nirvana.

Acredito na experiência humana. Temos algo pra fazer, e quando fazemos isto algo é quando nos sentimos o mais vivos. Se realizamos que não precisamos fazer nada para ser feliz, que toda experienca é boa, então ashamos algo como nirvana.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to CS and I'm really excited about everything it has to offer. I have now stayed at a few peoples houses and it has been a really good experience. I hope that I can have some people stay at my house when I am done traveling.

My neighbors had a few people from CS stay with them, and I thought it was such a cool thing that I wanted to try it out.

Anything outdoors: hiking, walking, talking, climbing, camping, surfing, backpacking. I also like socializing, hanging out at cafés, and dancing.

I'm training to become a Warrior Yoga instructor. I am studying chemistry in University so that I am able to understand and help some of the environmental problems in the world. I like science and fermentation and I'm happy to talk about these subjects. I have brewed my own beer.

Estou treinando para ficar um instrutor de um tipo de ioga, chamada Ioga de Guerreiro. Estou estudando a química na Universidade para que eu seja capaz de entender e ajudar alguns problemas ambientais no mundo. Eu gosto de ciência e fermentação. Gostaria de ajudar qualquer pessoa plantar uma hórta.
