ABOUT ME

Pretty straight forward and layed back kind of person really.

I'm a bit of a night owl (work permitting) whether that's partying or chatting into the early hours over a bottle of wine. I love to cook. There is nothing better than good food and good conversation.

I'm proving to be a confirmed city dweller. I love my adopted home city of Madrid and all it has to offer. That's not to say everything has to be full on. I like finding those tranquil spots and times to reflect, away from the rush. I just like to know that life is there when I need it :-) When having time out from city life, I like the beach and generally being in water.

I take life as seriously as it needs to be taken.

PHILOSOPHY

I see myself very much as a global person. Meeting people from other places, speaking other languages and sharing different experiences is what it's all about. Hope I meet like minded people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far so good. Had two very positive experiences in Japan. It's really a question of respect for each other and respecting the fact you are in someone elses home.

Interests

Photography, writing, poetry, theatre, music, films, diving, jogging, swimming, boogie boarding, travelling, dining, wine, sitting in a cafe either writing or reading a good book and watching the world go by, art, museums, gadgets, pressing buttons, language exchange. I'm open to any new experiences that sound interesting...

Music, Movies, and Books

Eclectic tastes in most areas. A big fan of popular culture.

Currently reading some Marukami.

Music-wise I like my techno, house and general club music but will also appreciate a good live concert in any genre. I like my regular cheesy pop as well.

Happy to watch most films but will give you my detailed opinion on them after whether you like it or not :-)

Love the theatre and miss London terribly for that.
