About Me

We LOVE hosting newbies who are moving to Belfast
, and are soon to make this crazy city their new home! If you need a place to crash for a couple of days before finding your own place, we would LOVE to help! We are based in the S. Belfast neighbourhood close to the park and trendy coffee shops and 45 min from the airport (traffic depending!) so our place is a good jump off point for exploring.

CURRENT MISSION

Living in Northern Ireland- off on many travels over the next few months across Africa and Middle East got work.

ABOUT ME
Currently working in Education and across East Africa recruiting students to study abroad. My region covers Rwanda to South Africa so I get to travel a lot, and in my spare time love going hiking, learning swahili (taking classes now!), running, yoga and bootcamp.

I also food blog so if you need help finding a great spot in town for dinner, a type of cuisine, nyama choma or partying the night away, just let me know!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surfed in Mexico, Norway, Wales and Ireland. More recently did a girls trip round Italy - which was a memorable trip trying to squeeze into one bed!

I've hosted many wonderful people in Norway, London and Nairobi.

Happy to help anyone who needs it :D x

If you are visiting or considering moving here or have made the move also get in touch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Please write COOKIE MONSTER as your subject or I will not host you!!! I get loads of requests every week, the people I host write it on their requests. Also please couch request, i do not reply to messages

We are currently supporting several children through school in Kenya, and we would love it if our guests were able to give a small donation ($10 - $20) to support the students. During your stay you are most welcome to come and visit the school (St. Theresa, Naivasha Road, Nairobi) and meet the students you are supporting. We also help the New Life Trust who look after orphaned babies, by volunteering a few hours a week and we are happy to get you involved in this too!

If you are unable to contribute, then sadly we won't be able to have you to stay. We believe that couch surfing is a pay it forward community and this should be embraced.
