On 1st May 2009, we finished a three-year world trip by bicicle we had a lot of extremely friendly host by CS, other Internet communities or just by people we met on the road.

We two, Mandy and Benny, will try to be good hosts now after our own big travel is over ;-)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We want to meet people all over the world to bring the cultures of our planet closer together - we are one!

We met many people of other countries and cultures yet and we always enjoyed it to share views, opinions or just have fun with people from all over the world!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We met people at home and all over the world, in Turkey, India, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Pakistan, China, Singapore and Australia.

Once in Bukarest, Romania, we arrived at night, we called our host who we wanted to meet, but he told us that his mother just had died! We were sorry for him, and of course he did not feel like hosting us then. We went to the Internet, and spontaneously called Adrian, another local - and he said, no problem, I will pick you up at the train station in 30 minutes. This was at 11pm! We had three wonderful days with Adrian, and many more great couchsurfing experiences like this. Now we want to share this with you!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

After starting to our world trip by bicycle, it was wonderful to experience the hospitality of people we met in all countries, no matter if they were from Couchsurfing / Hospitalityclub or not. We were invited from families for food, tea or for being able to stay over for the night in ALL! the countries which we traveled to by bike. We could also sleep in Churches, Mosques and Temples, and everywhere we were so grateful to experience that there is so much hospitality in all the countries! The difference between the image the media gives of countries and the reality is enormous! Please make up your own mind and do not accept the reduction to only politics done by the media!
