Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
We want to meet new people, experience other cultures and see the really phantastic world we are living in.
ABOUT ME
Mathias: Loves doing sports, adventuros, friendly, tolerant, ambitious, loves travelling especially the low-budget-style
Andrina: vegetarian, loves animals, traveling and baking
We think we are both really easy to handle with. We love to hanging around, talk about everything that gets to our minds. One of the most favourite things is to meet new people and talk about their and ours travelling-experiences like where's the best soup-kitchen in beijing or where in moscow you can get the cheapest vodka (well everywhere, in fact it's cheaper than water there).
We want to hear your travelling-experiences, your sense of life and we would love to cook some special swiss dish for you or learn a new dish from you.
PHILOSOPHY
Mathias: the body can heal but an experience lasts a lifetime
Andrina: everything happens for a reason
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Hosting people who want to come to our place and show them the region with it's beautiful mountains and places. If it's not possibile to host someone we will be there for having a drink or meal.As surfers we want to make it as pleasently as possibile for the host and have fun time togheter.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Until now, the experiences have been very good. From hosting until having a meal together - it was always a great time!
Interests
Anything and everything what's different and nobody have seen yet: a russian soldier in the transsib-express who gives every girl he meets a little present, old chinese men who climb the thousands steps of the mount hua shan with loads of heavy stuff on their shoulders faster then anyone there or a mongolian boy of perhaps 3 years, we saw him riding like a champ!
But there are not only the different cultures we love to see it great too to see the common things. Two old chinese men laugh togheter while playing mahjong, it looks just like as two are playing chess in switzerland. Or the look of a mother when her baby is laughing - this is on every part of the world the same one.

Teach, Learn, Share
Teach:
Uh, that's difficult... Well Mathias could explain you the difference from futures/options or what's the LIBOR. Or there is something: we could teach you climbing or an exclusive lesson in rumansh, the 4th national language which is spoken from less than 40'000 people worldwide!
Learn:
We are interested in everything, but the easiest thing for you would be to teach us your language or special things from your culture. Or facts of the history of your country would be interesting as well.
