ABOUT ME

We love : biking, traveling, meeting people, discoveriong new cultures, laughing, climbing, trekking, reading, diving, looking at the stars, sleeping outside, making crepes under the tent, eating clafoutis and chocolate, getting news from our families, and each other!

We don't like : biking in mud / sandstorm / cold rain / face wind , waiting for visas, when water freezes inside tent, washing in cold stream water, when clouds get in front of stars, when chocolate melts, when the book ends, when we loose things (sooo often, we are such scatterbrains), people who are too confident (we are not) !

WARNING

We are now proud parents of two little twin boys born in March 2013, Nael and Soan... so you must like or at least stand kids if you come ! they are funny and nice though :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Two great experiences in Bangkok and in Manila : we hope we will have more like theses !
Also many invitations in homes / yourts / tents / casa ! we loved all of them...

Many music styles, from classical to pop rock ! (not so much techno and hard rock though).
Any book Amanda can get! (so scarce on a biking trip)
Movies : it's been so long since the last one : we are out of date !

We have both spent some time (5 months for Amanda and one year for Olivier) on a remote subantarctic island (Crozet, french territory), studying penguins... we actually met there!
