I am currently living in New Jersey as an au pair. I am in the States since a year and I am trying to travel as much as I can.
I love animals, back home I have 6 dogs! I also love traveling, I've been in a lot of places here in the USA (California, Florida, New York, Illinois etc) and Europe (UK, Poland, Greece and Italy of course). I am a sporty person: I'm practicing karate since nine year and I've done also swimming, gym and scuba diving.
I am easy going, friendly and extrovert; I love to try new experiences and learn about new cultures.

I am on couchsurfing because it can be an easier way to discover and learn about a place you are visiting, meet new people and so make new friends.
Unfortunately I can't host because I am living in the house of the people I work for (my host family), which means it's not my house.

Musica, film e libri

My favorite book genres are romance and thrillers. I am currently reading the "Pretty little liars" saga; Stephen King is one of my favorite authors.
About music, I like pop music in particular and my favorite band is Imagine Dragons; I usually try to go to as many concerts as possible and I am looking forward to go to one of Coldplay and One Republic.
Movies.. I'd say I prefer romantic comedies and thrillers, but I am more into tv shows: I am currently watching Blindspot and How to get away with murder.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I think one of the most amazing thing I have done is to come in the USA. Right after high school I decided to come here as an au pair, leaving all my family, friends and life behind. I found this amazing family I am living with and I am taking care of two kids, 5 and 7 years old. Coming here was a big change in my life, I had to learn how to live without my parents, I had to make new friends and basically learn how to live in a country totally different from mine. In six months I have to go back home, in Italy, and I feel like this experience changed myself and open my mind more than anything else I've done!

Cosa posso offrire ai padroni di casa

I can share with my hosts some of my italian culture (cuisine, music, traditions etc) and my hobbies; we can spend time hanging out and talking about our experiences and our life.
