About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoy life and travel the world.

ABOUT ME

I grew up in the United States, and I'm currently living and studying in Madrid, Spain. I have a pretty laid back personality and I enjoy meeting people from all over the world over a casual beer. I'm in my third year of university studying business administration with a specialisation in spanish. In my free time I'm usually reading, exercising, or hanging out with friends. My favorite parts about travelling are the food and the interesting people.

PHILOSOPHY

Work hard play harder.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I think it's a cool opportunity to connect with people you wouldn't usually have the opportunity to connect with, and it helps you get a more intimate view of the place you're visiting.

I have never got the chance to host and I have only surfed once a few years ago, but I'm looking to have more interesting couch surfing experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite genre of movies is comedy but I don't have a single favorite. I like all kinds of music, but mainly hip hop, country, and rock music. I enjoy reading books on personal development, business, and autobiographies. Malcolm Gladwell is my favorite author and Richard Branson's autobiography is one of my favorites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in Spain for a year with an amazing host family

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach spanish and I'd like to learn Italian. I'm always open to learning to cook new foods or discover new musicians.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good sense of humor, always up for a good time, can cook a decent meal, know a lot of good books, and a little perspective on my home country

Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, El Salvador, France, Guatemala, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands Antilles, Nicaragua, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom
