About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be an explorer of the world, meet wonderful people and share meaningful experiences

ABOUT ME

I'm a twenty four year old Canadian living in France. I fell in love with travelling when I was seventeen and have never looked back.

I would consider myself a pretty adventurous person. I'm open minded and easy going. I really enjoying meeting and talking to new people. I love to explore both when I'm in Toronto or abroad.

I look forward to meeting some of you :)

PHILOSOPHY

“"Lead me on my dreams among different time and space. To share hope with nations and believers. To observe with modesty the pure truth. And to reveal prudently the magic and the mystery."

- Varda Carmelil

I saw this quote on the Berlin Wall. It's always stuck with me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I lived on my own, I used to offer up a mattress on the floor in my room from time to time.

When I'm abroad, I've used Couchsurfing to make friends in new cities.

In both respects, I've met some amazing people and have made friends that I'll never forget.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed for the first time in February of 2013. I stayed one night in Paris and one night in Geneva with a couple friends. Both experiences were great! The people we met were friendly, helpful, and such gracious hosts. It makes me so happy to have discovered such a wonderful community of people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visited a Buddhist monastery near Darjeeling and listened to the monks chant.
