Born in Texas. Raised in Texas and Alaska. Living in New York City. I work in the film industry and I'm part of a worldwide longboard community. I make custom graphics for skateboards. I love making music. I love skyjumping. I love to travel. I have wanderlust. I love meeting people and being on the road. I am currently re-learning French.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to the CS community. I first heard about it in Jan 2012. I joined because I needed a couch. I was welcomed immediately! I surfed 2 times in France. When I returned to NYC, I opened my couch. So far, I've accepted 4 requests to Host and three of them canceled.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been a couch surfer for many years, just never through this website. My door is always open to people in need and people on the road. I love staying with locals. It beats a hotel any day of the week. Much to discuss, much to learn. Trading information and stories over a good meal in good company...what could be better?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was partly raised in Alaska. I have seen many things. I have skinned bear and moose and many, many, many fish. I spent one year backpacking across Europe and met many kind and wonderful people. I have hopped freight trains across the US. I have jumped out of airplanes and flown wingsuits.
