Im the cofounder of this exciting start-up: FoPo Food Powder, where we use almost expiring fruits and vegetables from groceries and farms, powderize it, and extend its shelf life from 2 weeks to 2 years, saving food from being wasted and providing nutrition to the hungry.

I am a person of complete contrasts: I love chemistry and history, but I also love going to tarot readings and zodiac signs. I am currently an Erasmus Mundus Master student for Food Innovation and Product Design in Paris.

Whenever I travel, I really want to get to know people and how locals live, not just stay in hotels and become a tourist. It is also a way for me to understand and widen my perspective as a person. This will also allow me to share my experiences, and resources, to people who want to get to know how Filipinos really are :)
