Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Live as much as I can, because life is short
ABOUT ME
I love to travel and am hoping that I can parlay this interest into a career as stock analyst for international companies. Right now I am working and going to graduate school in the hope that I will be able to get a job overseas once I graduate.
I studied in Spain for 6 months as an undergraduate and am working on bolstering my Spanish, which has gotten a little rusty. I would also love to learn French, how to sail, to read more, and to finish fixing up my house - but all of these things are on hold until I finish school next June (which can't come soon enough.)
PHILOSOPHY
Embrace change, roll with life's punches, be true to yourself. At the end of the day, we are all we have.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
so far I have only surfed couches. Unfortunately because of my extremely busy schedule (work full-time and go to school at night) I am unable to host potential travellers. I hope to be able to do more hosting once I graduate next year though.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
All of my experiences with CouchSurfers have been very positive. It's really a pleasure to be able to interact with a local resident of the town you are visiting, get their advice on the locale and to make a new friend. It's been an invaluable experience that offers travelers an opportunity to really see the area from a local's perspective.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once ran into my sister in Prague on the street, when neither one of us knew the other would be there. Both of us live in the US so this was pretty amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach basic financial concepts like personal finance and investing. I can also assist with English lessons if someone were willing to tutor me in their language (especially if French or Spanish).
