ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Georg, I am 28 years old and I am from Vienna. I currently do a PhD on Computer Science. I love getting into contact with new people and I think Couchsurfing is the perfect tool for doing so. I just joined recently, just in case you wonder why this profile is so empty. ;)

I would consider myself an open and curious person, always looking for new interesting things to do. I do a lot of sports, including playing soccer, climbing, bicycling, and footbag (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=2ChxeOgqgl4 , just in case you've never heard of it). Travelling is one of my favorite hobbies and I try to go abroad as often as my time and money allow.

PHILOSOPHY

My strong belief is that everyone should be free to do whatever he/she wants to do, as long as nobody is harmed.

兴趣

For me, one of the most important things in life is meeting friends and getting to know interesting people. I can't think of anything better than hanging out at a campsite, spending the day with swimming and doing sports and then sitting together in the evening at the campfire.

Another personal interest of me is enjoying and making music. I think I have quite a broad range of musical genres that I listen to, spanning from 60ies rock over Indie rock to classical music. I also like to play guitar, which I do for several years now.

Apart from that, I am also very interested in political and philosophical discussions.
