About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoying the little things in life! And work on my doctorates ... :)

ABOUT ME

Right now I am working on my doctorates in Erlangen at the university. I finished my my degree in Mathematics in march.
I also moved to a new apartment now so I try to put in furniture and decorate, after that part is financed I wanna go travel again!

I was an international student at the Minnesota State University in Mankato from August 2011 to May 2012. I am very friendly and helpful, I get along with a lot of different personalities because I am open and unbiased towards every new friendship.

I like to do new and unknown things, that keeps the adventures exciting!

PHILOSOPHY

Enjoy the little things in life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to give people different (hopefully helpful) views on problems or challenges they might think are too big to even approach.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with:
- Marilu in Phoenix, Dec 2011 - William in Milwaukee, Dec 2011 - Buzz in Fort Pierce, Dec 2011 - Bill in Naples, Jan 2012 - Carolina in Sarasota, Jan 2012 - Helen in Port Richey, Jan 2012 - Josh in St. Petersburg, Jan 2012 - Joakim in Härnosand, Feb 2013 - Leena in Härnosand, Feb 2013

Interests

I enjoy a lot of different things, one of my favorites is exploring the nature and surroundings of places I travel and have a good time with the people I meet there or I travel with.
I like to cook very much, I'm always happy to try local specialties and show some of them from my country.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Road to Hana on Maui .... The nature is amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

I was a GA (graduate assistant) in Mankato teaching College Algebra. It is a great experience to talk in front of 45 students everyday, I learned something new every clasee .. I can only recommend to every graduate student to apply for a teaching assistant, even if you never saw yourself as a teacher (just like me).
I will probably not end up as a teacher in my future, but still I wouldn't wanna miss that experience!

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Italy, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Germany, United States
