I am a little spot in the universe, but at the same time, I have a whole universe inside of me :) ..that's all for introduction, the rest you find below ;))

PHILOSOPHY

Life is beautiful! ;o)

and always remember: "Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass - it's about learning to dance in the rain!"

but also like Einstein sais:
"Imagination is more important than knowledge." and just trying out yourself.

We live in a 4-dimensional (11 if the state-of-the-art physics is to be believed) universe where the faster you run the longer you live, where you can see millions of years to the past just by tilting your head upwards and looking to the night sky, where, at the smallest scales, you find out that nature itself has only a vague idea about how it's going to evolve and *probably* is the only answer you get from it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All I can say: I AM IMPRESSED!

Interests

Sports: climbing, surfing, hiking, canyoning, diving, paragliding A LOT!!, skydiving, horse riding, flying (have a private pilot license).... all kinds of outdoor and airborne sports, also dancing although I don't know it too well ;) but I love dancing, mostly Swing by now (but salsa or Rock'n Roll works, too:)

Music: JAZZ!(playing saxophone myself, also in several bands off and on), playing a bit guitar and singing, also listening to Rock and Classical, always depending on the mood :)

Art:mainly painting, or also just visiting art places (including museums)

Traveling, getting to know different cultures and people: so far, I LOVE Australia (lived there for bit more than a year, but toooo long ago), France is great, too, same with Sweden, Spain, Tanzania.... just really enjoying intercultural exchange!

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy reading and watching good movies, but I have no clue about TV (series).. For music, I already said it: I am in love with it ;o)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best expedition so far: www.cieloytierra-project.com , boat journey through Antarctica, paragliding in many different places, meeting really wonderful people:)
climbing different volcanoes in Indonesia or Spain, eg the Teide (volcano on Tenerife) at sunrise....magical!(and starting 10 hours earlier from the beach Xo)),
wedding of friends in Tanzania..
paragliding above the clouds....
....

Teach, Learn, Share

maybe music? or painting - I'm a bit artistic;o)
....or some astrophysics? whoever wants to know about it or share it....

I'd of course like to learn from or exchange in these fields with people, but am so curious in almost anything. especially sports and art/music.
cooking together can be fun, too, although I can only promise to make one meal perfectly:crêpes! for the rest I am a disastrous cook Xo)
