I'm a very easy going down to Earth guy. I love getting to know different people from different places, the more I meet people the more I realize how unique and interesting peoples lives can be, and usually are.
I'm part US American part Brazilian. I grew up in Brazil, and lived six years of my youth in India at an international boarding school. Having people from all over the world in my life has really turned me in to a world citizen.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I'm definitely here because of my love for traveling. I've realized that one of the biggest joys in life for me is something that traveling always offers, that is the people you meet and the cultures that they consequently introduce you to. I feel like this completely expands my horizons and ideas, it's a very great learning experience that helps me to be a more conscious human being. So to sum it up, I believe that CS will be a great tool to meet new and interesting people.

Interesses

Most of all I love that great feeling when you reach a new place, and then you realize that the biggest influence for you to feel that way was the journey in itself.

One of my favorite things is FOOD, I really love eating it, and this influences me to be quite handy in the kitchen as well. I've always been a vegetarian.

I've been practicing Yoga and meditation since a child, and teaching it in the last few years.

Martial Arts are my thing! I'm very interested in knowing about them and learning more, although I've been practicing only one for some years now, it's a north indian Martial art called Gatka, very awesome, check it out.

I really enjoy playing Basketball, strictly for fun.

I love playing and listening to Sitar, which is a indian stringed instrument.
