About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Take some time to enjoy life, travel, make new friends & lots of memories.

ABOUT ME

I've been working a lot over the last couple of years so have booked a spontaneous trip to Croatia and Austria, meeting so many people along the way!

My trip is coming to an end so it would be really nice to hang out with some friendly locals or fellow travellers over my last few days.

PHILOSOPHY

No regrets.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I believe that if I give to the hitchiking/couchsurfing/ student/backpacking/travelling community, the same kindness will be returned to me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted and surfed a few times, met some right weirdos along the way, and some brill friends too. I like the weird ones.

Interests

I love cycling, camping, festivals, red wine. Especially if all the above are combined.
I have 2 little dogs that I would like to take traveling with me one day but they puke everywhere so...

  • singing
  • festivals
  • dining
  • traveling
  • music
  • cycling
  • fishing
  • backpacking
  • camping
  • hitchhiking
  • trekking
  • nature conservation

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Fantasy, action, horror, anything goes.
Books: Fantasy mainly. Patrick Rothfuss, Stephen King, Philip Pullman, Brian Froud.
Music: I'm still hearing new things every day but all time faves are: Fleetwood Mac, Kate Bush, Alkaline Trio, The Killers, Terry Reid.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Exploring and immersing myself into Petra, pretending I was Indiana Jones (and my poor friend had to be old Sean Connery) in the cities built into the red rock. Then standing in front of the Monastery and looking at distant Saudi Arabian desert was an incredible sight.
