ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Ahmet from Istanbul. I’ve been lucky enough to visit more than 80 countries so far, and traveling has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life. I love discovering cities by walking a lot, trying local food, drinking coffee, getting a little lost in interesting neighborhoods, and having real conversations with locals and travelers.

I’m easygoing, respectful, open-minded, and social. I enjoy good energy, good humor, spontaneous plans, and authentic experiences more than typical tourist checklists.

For me, the best part of traveling is not only the places — it’s the people you meet along the way.

I usually connect more with people over coffee, food, and long walks than loud tourist plans.

I’ve mostly been a traveler on Couchsurfing, and I’ve been lucky to be hosted by amazing, kind, open-minded people over the years. Those experiences are some of my favorite travel memories.

I always try to bring good energy, respect, interesting stories, and genuine appreciation. I’m easy to get along with, clean, independent, and curious about local life.
