ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Godelieve! I live in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and study South & Southeast Asian studies. I am learning Hindi since I am a big fan of Hindu culture. My favorite place on earth since now is Nepal. This country is so unique, chaotic, ultra friendly and beautiful in all its aspects. Another place I've visit and since then been longing to go back to is Koh Phi Phi in Thailand. Wow, that island is so amazing. Even though those two countries are the only 'out of Europe' experience I have, Asia has seem to got a hold on me. I'm super addicted to travelling, meeting new people, see new places and especially: be amazed with this planet.

- Fearless! Because fear is one destructive thing that can hold you back in moments you really need to think 'fuck it let's do this' : do it and go forward, experience, be amazed, learn etc.

Chitwan, the jungle of Nepal. Had some crazy adventurous days there; walking in the jungle to spot animals, seeing tiger footprints and real rhinos so close!! holding only a stick in hand to protect yourself (and the advise of the guide: 'if a rhino attacks you run and climb in a tree!' alright..). Bathing with an elephant.. that was amazing. I felt perfectly happy.

Hmmmm I can learn you some basic Hindi words, since I'm studying Hindi in college. Anddd my boyfriend Steve can teach you how to play guitar because he's the best guitar player I know! What else.. well let's meet up and find out what we can learn from each other, there has got to be something that suits us all right?!
