About Me
Hey I'm Godwin or Mirau if you want to adress me by my local name.I'm 29 and I come from the Maasai tribe in Tanzania. I am an organic farmer, eco hostel owner and a renewable energy engineer . I run a 5 acre farm close to Arusha in a small village called Ambureni.I grow 16 varieties of bananas, coffee, vegetables and fruits like avocados, mangoes, passionfruits, jackfruit and papayas.
100% of the energy used in my farm comes from renewable sources mainly biofuel(produced directly at the farm),solar and hydro. In 2018 I built a biogas plant in my farm that can convert cow/human/kitchen waste into gas and electricity that in turn is used for cooking and light at the farm.
Currently I'm building eco cabins and off grid tiny houses down my farm with beautiful views to the river and Mount Meru. This is where I spend most of my time turning wood into amazing designs. So yeah; welcome to my boring life.Hah Hah

My vision is to live a full, meaningful, and thriving life. I stay inspired and empowered by connecting with others, using my character strengths, and following my passions. Love, kindness, and compassion are what’s important in life. The rest is commentary.
Interests
Mostly painting, designing and construction projects.Nature walk is my favorite thing to do around my farm and village chasing beautiful waterfalls and hills with views to the city.
I also love hanging my cows and goats while feeding them banana trees growing right at the farm.
