My journey in this world started even before I understood what traveling means at the age of 3. One of the greatest voids in my life is that I can never remember how it felt to see clouds for the first time from those small windows of a big plane. I must have had butterflies in my belly, who knows.

My life has always been a traveler’s life since then. I have lived in 14 homes, studied in 9 institutions, worked in 3 organizations, can communicate in 6 languages and set foot in 31 countries of Asia, Africa, and Europe. I never had a permanent ground which I could call home. Yet, I carry a flag of GREEN and RED with me in my Jacket pocket. Gives me the pleasant warmth and keeps me, reminding my country with abundant rain. Right now, even when I am writing this, I am plugged into YouTube music of “Thunderstorms.” Helped me, and still helps me to think. Oh!! I miss you rain and Blue Sky badly. I enjoy new friendships in the wide-open frontier of the bigger home that we call the “World.” If you have read my profile, then please write "green technology" in your message heading.

Currently, I am doing my Ph.D. in KU Leuven in solar energy. Previously I was working in Rahimafrooz, Bangladesh as a Solar Engineer. My passion has been deeply rooted in the environment-friendly green technologies.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Staying in a Hotel/ Hostel is too typical and convenient. But staying with a complete unknown people in different culture and country enables me to know more about myself and the culture that I am visiting. This is where the role of couch surfing comes into place. Couch surfing helps me to create a better bond and converts me from a mere tourist to a traveler.
