About Me

CURRENT MISSION

We do not need to label it, I just want consistency.

ABOUT ME

Well...

Used to be the smiling Pippi in Sweden, the crazy fencer in the US, the lonesome explorer in Umeå, the next grey thing in Budapest, and the broken-hearted optimist in Reykjavik and Amman ... now settled in Budapest finally... for the time being :)

Things I like: FILM, to bike home at 3 in the morning, to drink mojito, to shop in markets and second-hand, screaming and laughing with the proper ones, New York, Sweden, Colorado, Beloit, Lappland, Pakistan, Jordan, to see the world, yoga, chocolate, ginger, spring, tea with honey, toast with butter, nailpolish, Lego, Federer, Kundera, Depeche Mode, U2, Lars von Trier,Bertolucci, Antonioni, Nils Holgersson, Angels of the Universe, Ingmar Bergman, cafe latte, carrot cake, warm socks, H&M, Zara, Jackpot, Tribu, DKNY, Fjällräven, Hedgren, hot wine, sauna, Paul Auster, Ellen Kooi, Nick Hornby, Deva Premal, warm blanket, a bit of unexpected, sunshine, red wine

PHILOSOPHY

"If you shut your eyes to a frightening sight, you end up being frightened. If you look at everything straight on, there is nothing to be afraid of." (Kurosawa)

"Precious and fragile things, need special handling". (DM)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done snorkelling in the Red Sea + seen the Sun go down in Wadi Rum desert, Jordan.

I worked for "The boy in the striped pyjamas" film production: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3582375/ as a full-time interpreter in 2007.

I went whale-watching on my 27th birthday in Reykjavik.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to learn more about design and visual identity + how to cook a delicious dinner from very basic ingredients and how to walk in high heels.

I am an expert in showing up at places way too early (aka. at least 15 minutes earlier), so I can teach you how to do that. Don't miss it, it is very valuable first-hand information :)

I do dragon boating so if you are interested, you can come and check out one of my trainings. I bet you will become an addict :) http://www.idbf.org/index.php
