PHILOSOPHY

I like the classical concept of Virtue Ethics.  Its a simple creed that challenges humanity to maximize the obviously good virtues in life.  These virtues, shared by most communities, include wisdom, kindness, honestz, generosity and humility.  For me, virtue ethics also push me towards excellence in my professional and athletic life as well.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I dont have an open couch currently at my apartment in Los Angeles, as it is usually occupied by travelling friends.  I always strive to be a good representative of California and the USA whenever i am traveling

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When biking through Laos, my friend and i stopped to explore some cave.  Since it was rainy season, the caves were flooded, so we had to swim through them with our headlamps.  once we got to the heart of the mountain, we turned our lamps off and relaxed in pitch darkness
