Hey, im Golo and together with my friend Jonas, we are on a biking trip through the Ruhr area. We are both students at the age of 22/21 and always up for an adventurous trip through a new country we haven’t visited yet.
Me, Golo, I am studying environmental engineering and I love doing all kinds of sports, playing card and boardgames as well as enjoying sunny days with friends in the park.
Jonas is studying law in Cologne and loves meeting new people, playing basketball and football, and likes to experience the nightlife of new places.
We are curious to get to know the area and would love to include some Couchsurfing into our trip.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Last spring, we hitchhiked through Great Britain and made our first Couchsurfing experiences. It was an amazing time, especially thanks to the kind and gernerous people we met on Couchsurfing!
We love the idea of couchsurfing, instead of using a hostel or hotel, because getting to now other people, exchanging stories and thoughts is what a good travel is about.
Right now, we both live in small shared apartments, but when we move into bigger apartments, we can’t wait to start hosting ourselves.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

In 2022, we went on an Interrail trip through Europe, starting in Frankfurt, passing through wonderful countries like Poland Romania and Hungary until we finished the trip in Istanbul. It was an great 5 week adventure with many new cities, stories and friends.
