Recently im trying to just look at things i mean really try to see present moment without any thoughts interrupting,
i must say that music is really helping me with that, thats one of the thing im interest in, sound, music, resonance.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Iv'e read this book about water, and there was a exercise explaining how to "disappear clouds" :) (basically u just have to concentrate on it) , first time when iv'e tried on a small cloud and it worked i felt so calm and really connected to everything :)
