About Me
Qué onda! I'm Roberto, but everybody calls me Gommo, whatever you want to call me for me is fine. If you were expecting a big story behind my nickname I'm sorry for disappointing you but it just comes from my surname "Gómez".
I was born in Mexico City and I've been living here for all my life, 20 years.
Yes, I'm mexican and of course I love tacos, but I can try new food styles, even the weirdest thing, I cannot judge without tasting it.
I'm actually studying Interaction Design, so I work doing stuff like websites, videogames, animations, photography and design as well, I really love my career and I have a big passion for it.
I consider myself as a very happy person, always smiling and enjoying the good things of life and having fun, YOLO could define me but that's a very old and mainstream term. I'm a very easygoing person and I really love to meet new people. I'm also very open minded so I can always have a chance to learn something new. I have a big passion on traveling, going outside the city and meeting new places is always a good chance to grow up as a person, I always want to try new things.
I always give the best of me when doing a job or studying at university but also I really love to spend time with my friends and family. I also considered myself a very party person, if you want to go and hang out, for sure you can count with me! But if you want something more relaxing, also you can count with me! In conclusion: I'm a very balanced person, knowing that there's always a moment for everything.
And of course, when I stay with others I'm very neat and always try to help as much as I can, that's at least what somebody should do right? haha. But I always have good surprises. ;)
My life philosophy is: "Live and let live."

Music, Movies, and Books
I really, but really love videogames, mainly the Nintendo ones, I'm a big fan of The Legend of Zelda and Mother series, but I really love all Nintendo series, my big dream is that one day I can work for Shigeru Miyamoto.
I also really love listening to music, I don't have problems about the genre, I really love indie, alternative, hiphop, electronic, dubstep, rock, reggaeton, also filmi, whatever for me is fine. The music for me always have a special power, it can give everything a big emotion, I spend almost all the time listening to it.
About movies, my favorite one is The Great Gatsby, I also enjoy watching animated films and horror movies.
For arts I really love surrealism and impresionism, Magritte and Vincent Van Gogh are the best. I also enjoy modern art, sometimes it simple doesn't make sense and it apparently pretends to be bullshit but other times is simple amazing, Andy Warhol is my fav.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The best thing I had done in my life was to travel outside my country with my older sister. My first trip was around Asia, mainly Japan, Chine, Nepal and India. It was when I was 18 and it really made me grew so much as a person, appreciating things that I didn't appreciate before, like having a big love for nature and for meeting new places and its traditions, enjoying life in every aspect, knowing that always there is a time for something and that you always have to do the best, whatever you're doing.
