I am interested in many different kind of things and a quite active person (but I also have my lazy days.. :).

I am living at a quite quiet street in the central Turku near the market square, wherefrom the buses goes everywhere in Turku. My place is near main railway station, bus station and not even so far away from harbour.

I am working with the aim to develop independent skills of youths living in their own apartments. I am also working as a speech to text interpreter beside that, which means that I help hair-impaired people to take part of communication in very diffent situations!

I don´t smoke. I neither drink alcohol, but I like to go out to karaoke. Smokers are also very welcome to my apartment, but please do not smoke inside my apartment or at my balcony. Thanks :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have hosted a lot of lovely people. I am also interested in local CS-happenings, for example different kind of sports and parties. If you are interested in local CS-happenings in Turku you can ask me if something is going on when you are coming or suggest me to arrange something. ;)

My CS-guests should feel free to:

*Use Internet
* Use fridge
* Cook/bake in kitchen
* Make tea or coffee and and use my spices (I have many kind of spices and teas)
* Use washing machine
* Use shower
* Use one of my "guest-bikes" (if it is available and working at the moment)!

Together with guests I have been for example:

Cooking, sledging, playing boardgames, doing origami, visiting an old workplace (youth local), visiting Turku castle, walking around, playing Singstar, going to karaoke, watching pictures, playing with trains, cleaning mushrooms, had fun with puppetries, visiting pharmacy museum, visiting my friend, helping a friend moving, taking part in my party...

What't next? :) Guests should feel free to do things without me, but also feel free to ask me to do things together!

Interests

I am interested in board games and have a big collection of board games. Feel free to play!

I am riding bike year round and have been almost everywhere in Turku with bike. I also like jogging. Still I haven't been for a guided jogging tour with any couchsurfer. ;)
