About Me

My name is Goni, I am 30, currently directing a documentary about Ecome center - A uniqe, one of a kind ecological center that was a home for a special community of Israelis and Palestinians who are trying to create change making in their region.
As an Israeli Women, I use film making and music as tools in my Activism, aiming to create change and Impact through documenting people, communites, places that are working from their hearts to reform the reality of this land.

I will be happy to share all about it with you couchsurfers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I was 18 i hosted many Israeli hikers in my flat. Those hikers were walking the Israel national trail and i hosted about 300 of them over several years. one day, a friend told me about couchsurfing and i decided to expend this circle of hikers and travelers and Joined CS.
I hosted few people from around the world in my village Yagur and later on the recent years i hosted many activists at Ecome center, where i lived and worked.

I had plenty of meaningful couchsurfing experiences. i met generous, brave, interesting people. people that were exciting to get to know me and were open and kind to tell me about themselves.

Interests

In the last few years I was mainly into film making and communit building.
I was running the Ecome center -
A center for a uniqe community of Israelis and Palestinians that are working for change making in our region.
As for now, I am working to complte my first feature documentary - 'Beyond the land', that tells the story of this special community.
