I try to make it out to the Houston events once in a while.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experience with CS was in June 2012 in Mexico City, I made a couple of good friends and we toured the city together! I haven't surfed too much, but I always try to find CS events whenever I am abroad. I've always had a great time doing that.

I love Latin America, my goal was to have visited all Spanish-speaking countries by age 30. (18 down/2 more to go) love to go out and enjoy a few drinks and dancing, too. I am a high school Spanish teacher, so I love everything español. LGBTQ

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

My senior year in college, I received a scholarship to go and teach English at a rural school in Guatemala. It was one of the most fulfilling experiences I've had. Seeing the children's faces as they learn is simply rewarding.
After undergrad, I decided to go and visit a friend in Perú. I am in love with Peruvian culture, cusine, and their people. As you can imagine, seeing Macchu Picchu in person was simply breathtaking. I studied Latin American History so being there completed a circle for me. It was amazing!

I like to cook, so perhaps I can cook something for you when I come over and I also enjoy dancing ..and would be happy to teach you a few steps and I am a Spanish teacher..and would love to share that, too!
