About Me

CURRENT MISSION

On a 5 year plan to save money, buy a sailboat, and sail around the globe!

ABOUT ME

I am a very laid back person, love to play guitar, listen to music and explore new places; love that feeling of adventure. At first I might be slightly shy, but I enjoy having a good conversation anywhere from the origin of the universe to what we are doing tonight. I am free-spirited and open minded; everyone has their own story to tell, and if you take the time to listen, you will understand how amazing that person is, and what they have overcome and achieved.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that being open to new ideas is the key to understanding others and if you ever find yourself in the pattern of saying no to everything, you should simply say "Oh What The Fuck, Go For It Anyways"!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've crashed a few couches and had amazing experiences, looking forward to more!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Generally listen to Rock, Reggae, Electronic, Dubstep, Acoustic.

In terms of some artists:
Andres Calamaro, Gustavo Cerati, Soda Stereo, Cultura Profetica, Nonpalidece, Gondwana, Passafire, The Expendables, Los Cafres, Los Pericos, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pepper, Incubus, Seether, Staind, Tool, Jack Johnson, Andy Mckee, No Te Va Gustar, A77aque, Limp Bizkit, Skrillex, Sublime, Bossa n'(Marley, Stones, etc), La Bersuit Vergarabat, Fito Paez, Rebelution, Enanitos Verdes etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The accomplishment I am most proud of is hiking the first 230 miles of the Appalachian trail by myself, and then hitchhiking though 3 states my way back home, met the most interesting people in my life, and pushed myself probably about a mile out of my comfort zone. Completely worth it. You gotta test your limits to know where they are.

Teach, Learn, Share

To learn:
I'd like for someone to share with me their amazing adventures and ignite my curiosity to discover new destinations.

To teach:
It is very difficult to hitchhike in a big city or anywhere near one, stay close to the little towns.
99% of the people out there mean well, ask for help whenn you need it, and give it when asked.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can play guitar and attempt to sing, tell intriguing tales of adventure in distant lands, and give you a city tour of your own city filled with detailed explanations of made up history.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Bahamas, Cambodia, France, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Nepal, Paraguay, Singapore, Thailand, Uruguay, Viet Nam
