About Me

I would describe myself as a simple man, I know what I like and I try to do it (as much as my work lets me have free time to do it), I see the bright side of things, I follow my gut or my heart most of the time so I don't see most decisions as complicated, nor they give me headaches. To sum up: I try to enjoy life the most but I am not perfect, sometimes I overthink some things too much.. but in general, I can't complain about my life.
I have been lucky enough to travel to a lot of different places around the world (there are still many of them pending a visit, of course), and to be born in a great, beautiful, and sunny city (Barcelona).
I studied abroad and lived in Italy (Milano) for 6 months, and in China (Beijing) for another 6 months, where I lived great experiences and met a lot of different people, but both stays got too short for me. Then I came back to Barcelona, found a job and here I am, for the moment.

Interests

I like a wide range of things, of course I don't have time to do them all, but I try my best at organising myself. Somedays I focus more on one thing than others, and sometimes I can't do many of them, but I try to remember and do them when I can. This is a list of what I remember right now: drawing, a lot of different sports (running, kung-fu, tai-chi, swimming, dancing, exercising in general, ...), traveling, listening to music, eating, cooking, watching movies and tv shows, reading, going out with friends for some beers, partying, photography, meeting new people, speaking in foreign languages, trying new things, playing poker, going to the cinema, sunbathing, ...

Music, Movies, and Books

I have read many books which I really enjoyed, but if I had to pick some favorites I would say that the books which amazed me the most are Ender's Game, Asimov's Foundation series, and Stephen King's the Dark Tower series.
I have the same problem with movies, I watched and enjoyed too many of them and there are a lot I don't remember about. But there are some which I enjoyed the most, or made a greater impression on me, or I watched many times without getting tired of them: Sin City, Fight Club, Memento and Rec.
About music, I don't have a single favorite song, but I enjoy some genres more than others. It depends on the season, before I used to listen more to indie music, rock, alternative rock, and now I am more into electronic music. But I can enjoy any kind of music, as long as the song is good.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I haven't done things I consider reaaally amazing, maybe because I have high standards or I have seen too many movies, but I have done many things which I consider pretty cool: water skiing in French Polynesia, jumping off a plane with a parachute, flying and landing a small plane, going to a David Guetta's concert in the Great Wall of China, riding a snow bike in an Iceland's glacier, ...
But if I had to pick the amazingest of them all I think I would pick water skiing in French Polynesia; we hired a local with a motorboat in Mo'orea, put some skis on, and rode around the coast, gliding through the crystalline and turquoise calm waters, with the mountains covered with green trees standing by our side at the island, and reflecting on the water's surface, the air caressing our hair, the sun shining on a clear sky... yeah I'm happy with that one.
