Hola!

Don't worry if you can't pronounce my last name, even Spanish people say it wrong so I am used to it. I was born in Madrid and lived there most of my life but for the past 10 years I have been traveling quite a lot so I am most of the time not at home.

I am spending these days in beautiful Tugun. The house is very comfortable, and within walking distance from the beach and shops.

People that know me say that I can't be without doing something and I think they are right! I am very energetic, curious and I'm always making plans that involve trying and learning new things.

Currently, I am on a leave of absence from work and studying a master's here in QLD. Still trying to figure out if I want to stay and live here once I finish it :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting people is like a hobby for me! It's one of the main reasons why I travel. The more different to me the better!

I've had a profile here since 2013 but never really used it until now (2022). I usually stay at hostels or homestays and try to meet locals and other travelers in person but now I want to give a try to this community, I've heard great things about it !

Interests

Getting out of my comfort zone is what keeps me alive! I am not a couch and TV kind of person, I love to be outdoors and try new things. I am very easy going but I tend to keep away from things/people that are not open minded or open to learn and change.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies but I barely have time to watch them at home. If I go to the movie theater there's one thing for sure: I am gonna buy the biggest popcorn bucket and I am not sharing any :)
I don't read much, I like to think that I will start one day and become addicted.
I love music and I love to sing. The problem (for others) is that if I know the words of a song I will definitely sing it and ruin it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach to cook, surf or speak Spanish.
I would love to learn to sing and dance properly.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you come to Gold Coast I can definitely give you recommendations for food, things to do or sightseeing. If I am free you'll probably have to put up with me because I will come along! :)
