About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To look at humans, nature and their symbiosis.
ABOUT ME
In a world of a million things to grab one's attention, people are my preference. I enjoy time alone to allow everything to sink in, but what better way to experience life than with laughing, intelligent, interesting, hopeful individuals. I find it easy to be positive, even when I get frustrated. Being angry, worried or anxious takes too much energy, and is never worth it.
PHILOSOPHY
Treat others as THEY would want to be treated and you'll see their best almost every time.
My time on the earth is short, so I hope to make the most of it before it's gone. I usually get along well with anyone who agrees.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I want to give shelter to the needy, er... traveling needy, and hope that others feel the same about me. Last summer marked my first Burning Man experience which I shared with loads of lovely surfers at the CS Camp in Black Rock City.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have made many amazing, intimate, wonderful people who will forever live in my memory until they're laughing next to me. And still there's an ocean of friends out there that I haven't met. Yet.
Interests
Music. If ever a punishment was enacted to deprive me of the magic of melodic sound, I don't know that I'd survive.
Friends. Over and above any place I've ever visited, are all those great individuals I met along the way.
Food. Regardless of your specific tastes, a meal is most enjoyed with a smile on one's face.

Music, Movies, and Books
Yes, yes, and yes.
I have become a bit of a critic with films and music, but I'll read just about anything.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
After diving the Blue Hole in Belize, and visiting Tikal in Guatemala, World Heritage Sites have taken a higher precedence in my travels. Also, more recently I climbed to the crater rim of an active volcano (Mt. St. Helens) in the name of science!
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a motivated fixer. I enjoy the challenge of a good, solid problem. A malfunctioning piece of equipment or a disagreement between friends. I like figuring out how to make things work.
Countries I’ve Visited
Belize, Germany, Guatemala, Mexico, Netherlands, United Kingdom
Countries I’ve Lived In
Costa Rica, Turks and Caicos Islands, United States
