I am on a mad journey to discover the balance between ourselves and others - discovering the freedom of individuals and the power of association through photography and writing, by traveling and sharing stories, understanding the struggles mysteries and beauty of the world we share with others.

I report the news in a personal way, through how the things around me makes me feel and how situations affect people. I mix together photography and ink to help to convey this idea to others and I am currently on the way to Athens to try to understand the movement of people, those escaping war and the refuge they seek from those more fortunate. I also want to understand how people are crushed by national power and how this divides people and makes them scared to act.

Apart from this i love to read and listen to music, to expand my mind and perceptions. I have a harmonica but still cannot play - i have been a sailor, a bartender, worked with film and brewing beer, raised money for the Red Cross and traveled mainly in Europe and America.

I also develop my own film photography and can teach you this if you like, it is lots of fun.

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing

I have hosted in the past and lived in communities where people live together in empty buildings. I have been hosted myself in Amsterdam and the US and whatever knowledge or skill I can pass on I will and I value couchsurfing as way to meet people and experience where they live, not treat them as a free hotel.

When you go to places you should meet the people, listen to their stories and then you may just get a deeper perspective into the human tapestry of a city, town or country.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

Once i hitchhiked from San Francisco, California to Anchorage, Alaska and it had a massive impact on me as i met all the lost souls of the American Dream, those thrown away as veterans from the wars in the Middle and Far East, people who live on the street and taught me many things i find hard to quantify in a text box.

In Alaska i took off my clothes, wrapped an American flag around me and sat with the bears and buffalo.
